Role: Sr. HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition Operations

Introduction:
As part of CSC's Global Talent Acquisition Operations team, the HR Specialist owns Talent Acquisition Operations delivery for an assigned region. This is an ownership role, not a support role: the person in this seat is accountable for scheduling coverage, process adherence, and stakeholder confidence across their region, and is the named point of contact for it.
They are the person Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring leaders, and Talent Acquisition leadership go to when something needs to get done. They resolve exceptions rather than route them, hold the standardised global process when it is challenged, and design the coverage that keeps their region running through leave, peak load, and absence.
Beyond regional delivery, this role owns a defined process domain within TA Operations and drives it end to end — from design through adoption to measurable outcome.
It is a foundational role in CSC's Talent Acquisition Operations Center of Excellence, and directly advances our Ignite 2030 commitments to boost service excellence and lead from the front.

Regional Ownership
• Own end-to-end interview scheduling delivery for an assigned region — accountable for coverage, throughput, turnaround, and candidate experience across that region.
• Act as the named single point of contact (SPOC) for Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring leaders, and stakeholders in the region.
• Design and maintain regional coverage: leave, peak-load, holiday, and absence cover, including cross-regional handover into and out of the follow-the-sun model.
