Central Product Sales & Product Management : Inclusive Banking Unit
Inclusive Banking Unit (IBU) looks after the Priority Sector lending (PSL) for the Bank which focusses on ensuring lending to Agri, MSME, Renewable Energy , Start ups, affordable housing amongst others.
Key Responsibilities
Support IBU in managing product governance, regulatory compliances, business performance and strategic initiatives across the organization.
Act as a Central Anchor between internal stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth and regulatory alignment.
Monitor and drive key business metrics (revenue, portfolio growth, yields, asset quality etc.)
Build Dashboard, presentations and MIS for leadership review
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning exercises.
Work closely with team leads on business strategy and long-term roadmap
Identify growth opportunities, recent segments and product expansion initiatives and formulating products (including upgrading existing products), policies and processes for PSL products.
Work on governance papers, presentations and build/refresh internal policies governing the product, improving and simplification of processes amongst others.
Analytical skills to provide inputs on the underlying asset book including lead generation, performance of the book, improving returns, early warning signals amongst other parameters.
Lead cross – functional strategic projects (digitization, process improvement,
Translate strategy into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
Regulatory compliance adherence (zero major audit observation)
Responsible for undertaking internal and external (including regulatory) reporting activities.
