Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled, passionate, and autonomous Senior Software Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure software applications.
As a senior member of the team, you will not only write exceptional code but also drive architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to turn business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Design & Architecture
Lead the design and architectural planning of complex, scalable software systems and microservices.
Evaluate current technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimise system performance, scalability, and code maintainability.
Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance standards are met or exceeded.

2. Software Development & Execution
Write clean, well-structured, maintainable, and highly optimised code.
Address complex technical challenges, debug deep-rooted system anomalies,



and optimise system bottlenecks.
Implement rigorous automated testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

3. Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor, guide, and conduct constructive code reviews for junior and mid-level developers to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to define project scope, timelines, and technical deliverables.
Promote Agile/Scrum best practices, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

4. DevOps & Infrastructure (Optional/Highly Preferred)
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline optimisation to ensure seamless, automated deployments.
Monitor system health in production environments and actively troubleshoot live infrastructure or application issues.
