Your Mission
You help create operational excellence within an international consulting company.

You support management with reliable reporting and documentation.
You coordinate activities between Germany and India.

Your Tasks
Bring structure and transparency into our daily business operations.
Support the execution of operational, commercial, and administrative processes.
Coordinate projects, documentation, reporting, and management communication.
Ensure reliable operations across finance, recruiting, people, and project administration.
Develop and maintain standards, templates, and scalable operational processes.
Work closely with our German and Indian teams to enable effective collaboration and sustainable growth.
As you grow in the role, you will take ownership of selected operational areas and help shape the future of our India Operations Hub.
