The Opportunity:
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the consumer side at Playo. You'll work on the bets that drive our next phase of revenue growth — recent revenue lines and subscription products. You'll also be responsible for accelerating user activation, engagement, and retention. This is a high-ownership role with direct exposure to senior leadership and meaningful impact on the business.

What you'll do:
Own new revenue lines end-to-end — product strategy, feature scope, pricing, packaging, and the growth mechanics that drive paid conversion and retention




Own the consumer growth funnel end-to-end – from a user's first session through to repeat behavior
Run end-to-end product discovery: customer research, data analysis, problem framing, solution design
Partner with engineering and design to ship - we move fast and release frequently
Partner with CRM and lifecycle marketing on conversion funnels and retention
Develop sharp, data-backed points of view on business model questions and defend them with leadership

What we're looking for:
4-6 years of PM experience at a consumer product company
Exposure to monetization, paid conversion, or revenue-related metrics – you've worked on at least one revenue-impacting initiative end-to-end
Proven track record driving measurable growth outcomes (activation, engagement, retention)
Strong analytical skills: comfortable with SQL, product analytics tools (Clevertap, GA4), experimentation platforms
Sharp product judgment – you can frame ambiguous problems, prioritize ruthless
