Key responsibilities:
- Perform analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Conduct tests using instruments such as:
- HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography)
- GC (Gas Chromatography)
- UV-Vis Spectrophotometer
- pH meter, dissolution apparatus, etc.
- Follow validated analytical methods and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Record test data accurately in laboratory notebooks or electronic systems.
- Prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoA).
- Ensure compliance with Positive Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) GLP (Good Laboratory Practices)
- Participate in audits and inspections.
- Perform routine calibration, qualification, and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Maintain equipment logs and records.
- Investigate Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) results.
- Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct stability testing of products as per ICH guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze stability data over time.
- Assist in method validation and method transfer activities.
- Verify accuracy, precision, specificity, and robustness of analytical methods.
