We're looking for a marketer who can own growth end-to-end—from acquiring users efficiently

to building a brand people remember.

Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager, you'll own the entire marketing engine for Guru. You'll work closely

with Product, Business, Content, Design, Analytics, and external partners to drive user

acquisition, improve marketing efficiency, strengthen the brand, and build scalable growth

channels.

This role combines analytical thinking with creative execution.

Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Plan and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
Continuously experiment with creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding

strategies.





Build growth experiments to improve conversion across the acquisition funnel.
Collaborate with analytics teams to measure campaign effectiveness and attribution.

Influencer Marketing

Build and scale influencer partnerships across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, podcasts,

and creator communities.

Identify high-performing creators aligned with Guru's audience.
Negotiate partnerships and manage campaign execution.
Measure campaign performance using installs, subscriptions, engagement, and retention

metrics.

Develop long-term creator relationships instead of one-off campaigns.

Brand Marketing

Define and strengthen Guru's brand positioning across channels.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns around key launches and seasonal

moments.

Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and communication.
Collaborate with product and content teams to create compelling storytelling.
