Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior BCM Developer with robust expertise in implementing Business Continuity Management (BCM) solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end BCM stories, including BIA, continuity planning, crisis management, automation, and integrations, ensuring scalable and compliant solutions that build client confidence.
Role & Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow BCM Development: Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow BCM applications, modules, and functionalities to meet business requirements and align with architectural best practices.
BCM Solution Implementation: Implement end-to-end BCM solutions including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Plans (BCP), IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR), and Crisis Management to ensure organizational resilience.
