What would you do? Deliver high-impact virtual leadership and communication training for employees of a US-based logistics company. This is a delivery-focused learning partner role, not an end-to-end course builder. The ideal candidate will:
• Conceptualize the right delivery approach for leadership and non-technical topics
• Advise on program structure and flow to maximize participant impact
• Engage confidently with senior client audiences while collaborating with the central design team
• Conduct comprehensive needs analysis and drive continuous improvement measurement
• Maintain strong customer relationships and demonstrate expertise through recognized LDP certifications
