Role Description:
The Senior Associate Software Engineer Operations is responsible for maintaining
software applications and solutions that meet business needs and ensuring the
availability and performance of critical systems and applications. This role
involves working closely with product managers, developers, and other engineers
to create and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions and automating
operations, monitoring system health, and responding to incidents to minimize
downtime.
You will be part of a team specifically focusing on Global CRM and Marketing
capabilities. Amgen is using fully integrated and best in class technologies,
having Salesforce.com as core architecture & relying on business capabilities
enablers such as Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Own operational support, maintenance, and enhancement for Veeva
CRM/Salesforce applications and modules
* Lead troubleshooting, configuration, and development activities related to
incidents, service requests, and user stories
* Drive rapid resolution of production issues through effective investigation,
root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
* Investigate software defects and implement practical solutions to meet
evolving business needs
* Support integrations with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data
flow and reliable functionality
* Develop and maintain operational runbooks, support documentation, and
