Job Purpose:

The Main Mould Engineer leads the design, fabrication, and maintenance of molds
used in wind turbine blade production, ensuring precise geometry and structural
integrity. This role involves optimizing mold processes, conducting quality
inspections, and integrating new technologies to enhance mold performance. The
Main Mould Engineer also oversees equipment operation, safety compliance, and
process improvements to support efficient and reliable production.
