Position: Analyst - Global Regulatory Request Team LS-I

The Analyst - Global Regulatory Request Team LS-I : is responsible for:
* Coordinate customer requests related to product regulatory inquiries.
* Complete customer questionnaires and coordinate responses with regional and
global Product Regulatory and Quality team members.
* Work closely with internal and external customers to communicate the status
of requests and ensure timely resolution.
* Serve as the first point of contact for customer questionnaires and provide
accurate and appropriate responses.
* Take ownership of assigned requests, proactively following up on each case to
ensure completion in a timely and high-quality manner.
* Develop an understanding of customer regulatory requirements in both
industrial and consumer product environments.
* Maintain accurate records of customer requests and support continuous process
improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory information is
current, consistent, and compliant with customer requirements.
* Support global business objectives by delivering excellent customer service
and regulatory guidance.
Education / Experience
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Analytical
Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Regulatory functions within the
chemical industry.
* Experience with pharmaceutical-grade products and knowledge of solvent-
