organization and help advance the next generation of digital capabilities
supporting Process Development.

What will you do?

As a Product Owner supporting digital lab and data platform capabilities, you
will work at the intersection of science, technology, data, and business process
transformation. You will partner with stakeholders across Process Development,
digital product teams, data and engineering teams, and end users to define,
prioritize, and deliver capabilities that improve data quality, user experience,
lab execution efficiency, and scientific insight generation.

This role requires an end-to-end product owner mindset, robust stakeholder
engagement, and the ability to translate business and scientific needs into a
well-managed roadmap and backlog. This role independently manages multiple
assignments,



owns tactical segments of broader programs, anticipates issues, and
helps shape practical solutions aligned with team objectives and business
value.

Job Responsibilities

* Partner with business, scientific, and technology stakeholders to define and
deliver an industry-leading digital thread spanning lab execution systems and
data analytics platforms.

* Drive the digital platform strategy to improve data quality, enhance the
efficiency and effectiveness of lab experimentation, and unlock novel
insights through data science to accelerate pipeline advancement.

* Own and manage product backlog with clear prioritization aligned to business
value and TDC strategy.

* Drive product roadmap planning and execution aligned with product vision.

* Lead requirements definition, user story development, and acceptance
criteria.

* Partner with engineering teams through Agile/Scrum delivery.
