Production Part Approval Process /(PPAP/)/: For current component launches, create and submit thorough PPAP documentation, such as Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis /(FMEA/). Root Cause Failure Investigation/: To permanently eradicate the root cause of production failures, lead structured corrective and preventative action /(CAPA/) engineering teams using 8D techniques, 5 Whys, and fishbone diagrams. Gauge R&R; and Metrology Validation/: Manage precision measuring equipment, oversee calibration schedules, and perform Measurement Systems Analysis /(MSA/) to confirm gauge accuracy.



Supplier Quality Accountability/: To guarantee raw material consistency, audit shipments from outside vendors, record incoming material rejections, and submit Supplier Corrective Action Requests /(SCAR/).
