Role Description:
The Founders Office role at ShortLoop is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role supports the founders across strategic initiatives, operations, and special projects, helping drive execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you'll do:
Closely work with the founding team
Run New initiatives and projects that will have the potential to unlock new $ opportunities
Operational Dashboards,



Reports with Key Metrics across the Org and Customers
Competitive and Market Research

This position is ideal for someone who wants broad exposure to startup building, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can take ownership of outcomes.

Qualifications
1 to 3 yrs of experience
Prior work in Startups or Consulting
Handy with numbers, sheets, and loves to deep-dive and research
Can write well and communicate well-reasoned
Hands-on with AI tools, can build dashboards using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar without engineering support
