Meet the Team
HR Operations team us seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional to support global Hire-to-Retire operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in Human Resources, excellent organizational skills, and experience managing HR processes, systems, and employee support activities in a fast-paced setting.
What You'll Do
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees,



resolving HR-related inquiries and requests via ServiceNow.
Manage and optimize HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow), ensuring accurate, confidential employee data and high backend data quality.
Maintain and enhance the employee-facing HR portal, including content updates, audits, and performance tracking.
Coordinate HR operational activities such as employment/visa letters, invoice processing, payment tracking, and statements of work.
Conduct new hire orientation/induction and maintain employee files and HR documentation.
Partner with regional HR Operations and cross-functional HR teams to support initiatives, projects, and broader HR priorities.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline HR operations while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Provide general administrative and ad hoc project support across HR, including talent management activities.
