What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise Linux
environments across large-scale customer deployments.
* Expertise in Linux, AWS Cloud, LDAP, SSSD, PAM, Slurm, LSF, HPC, Root Cause
Analysis, Customer Support, Infrastructure Management, Performance Tuning,
Identity Management, Monitoring & Observability.
* Ability to Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to
identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical production incidents.
* Experience producing work breakdown structures and migration plans that
minimize service disruption.
* Solid analytical and diagnostic skills for resolving highly complex
network/compute issues.
* Hands-on experience building lab simulations to test architecture designs and
troubleshoot compatibility issues.
* Experience in driving cloud infrastructure initiatives, including deployment,
migration, and operational best practices.
* Experience with incident management, problem management,



and continuous
service improvement activities.
* Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication
skills.
* Abitlity to document technical solutions, troubleshooting procedures, and
best practices for internal and customer use.
* Demonstrated leadership, creativity, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,
or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 3-5+ years of progressive network engineering and architecture experience in
enterprise environments.

Qualifications

* BE/BTech/ME/MS/MTech in Electrical/Electronics
