Creo Design Engineer Concept Design & Review Job Description/: Our manufacturing division 's "Digital Blueprint Creator " and "Virtual Prototype Architect " is the Creo Design Engineer Parametric Product Design & Top/-Down Assembly Architect. Your main task is to use the PTC Creo Parametric platform to engineer high/-fidelity, production/-ready 3D CAD models and detailed 2D manufacturing drawings, converting loose design briefs, aesthetic concept sketches, and raw physical space envelopes into optimized, conflict/-free structural components. As the "Guardian of Design Integrity and Tooling Feasibility, " you directly oversee the execution of interference checks, geometric constraint analysis, parametric master model generation, assembly hierarchy modification, and engineering revisions to product files. Key Duties/: Parametric 3D Modeling & resilient Intent Management/: Use PTC Creo Parametric to create intricate 3D parametric solid parts and multi/-component assemblies.
This ensures a very resilient Design Intent setup where models can adapt to future size changes without causing the feature tree to crash. DFM & DFA Integration/: Optimize component dimensions for particular factory manufacturing restrictions, such as precision CNC machining, plastic injection molding, casting, or sheet metal stamping. Detailed 2D Drafting & GD&T; Application/: Use strict Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing GD&T; callouts to guarantee correct stack/-up fits when converting 3D master models into high/-accuracy 2D manufacturing prints. Large Assembly Management & Mechanism Design/: Construct and manage large product assemblies, use Creo Mechanism tools to validate component ranges of motion, execute interference/clearance checks, and establish clean skeleton models for Top/-Down Design. We invite you to apply and explore this exciting chance Warm Regards, HR /- Maria
