Business Development Manager - MOD Sales

Your main responsibilities
- Drive the modernization (replacement) sales business strategy, process and results in line with KG Modernization sales strategy.
- Supervise and support the modernizations sales team activities in order to achieve the targets.
- Actively manage, develop and coach the team (account orientation, quality, productivity, efficiency, contact persons identification etc.)
- Based on the reports, analyze the sales process to review profitability status against target and take appropriate further steps.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage customer claims
- Implement the Schindler Receivables Management policy with the sales team

What you bring

Desired experience as Modernizations Sales Representative for at least three years.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred), M
