Job Summary :

The primary purpose of the role is to manage and lead a significant team of technical experts to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction of existing installations.

Role & Responsibilities :
- Supervise and direct a team of technical experts to ensure elevators, escalators, and moving walks are installed and upgraded according to the highest technical standards and regulatory requirements, optimizing functionality and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance to resolve complex issues in office, coordinating closely with engineers and project managers to ensure timely resolution and compliance with safety and quality standards.
