In/-Process Sampling & Verification/: Throughout production runs, conduct routine line audits and visual inspections to ensure that tooling configurations are secure and within tolerances. Validation of Incoming Materials/: Use metrology instruments to examine incoming raw materials and raw castings from suppliers, filing rejection papers for non/-conforming products. Precision Tool & Gauge Operation/: To confirm micro/-tolerances, use lab tools like digital micrometers, vernier calipers, height gauges, roughness testers, and profile projectors. To prevent mixed/-up or defective stock from reaching active assembly lines, tag, log, and isolate defective parts right away, putting them in quarantine sections.
