Production Plant Facilities Maintenance Engineer Job Description Who you are/: Organize and carry out planned maintenance procedures on all manufacturing equipment, utilizing instruments like thermal scanning and vibration analysis to repair components before they break. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic problems to get lines spinning safely by offering prompt, expert/-level hands/-on assistance during unplanned equipment failures. To maximize machine cycles, troubleshoot and adjust sensors, automated robotic systems, variable frequency drives /(VFDs/), and programmable logic controllers /(PLCs/). Collaborate with line supervisors to teach machine operators self/-sufficient maintenance practices, such as routine cleaning, lubrication, and daily safety inspections.



Maintain supply of high/-wear components /(such as belts, relays, and seals/) while avoiding unnecessary inventory expenses.
