We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Strategic Procurement Services
In this role, you will:
Take measures in training internal team and reporting the identified knowledge gaps to relevant line management on timely basis and discuss in detail to understand what actions to be in place.
Provide various KPI / MI (Performance analysis)



to senior management on weekly and monthly basis clearly calling out identified areas of strength and development of overall quality attained.
Calibrate with line management to agree on gaps and action plans whilst monitoring them with explicit timelines
Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions with relevant parties and documenting the same for future reference along with actions taken to improve quality or sustain.
Responsible for ensuring that all teams are observing HSBC policies and procedures and no deviation. If deviations are found, the role holder should be immediately reported or escalated to line management.
Regularly interact with various stakeholders through various medium.
Build strong team dynamics with regular 1:1 feedback session with documented approach.
Identify and coach under performers on timely basis with clear action plan
