Role Summary

The Documentation Management Support Specialist identifies and index documents.
Provides document support by monitoring and processes electronic mail for
Customer Service and Loan Resolution Departments.

* Bachelor’s Degree in finance preferred.

Relevant Experience

* One to two years' Mortgage Servicing experience preferred.
* Overall experience of 2 to 4 years.

Technical Know-how/Tools used

* To perform this job successfully, the candidate should have strong knowledge
of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internal Software.
