Responsibility:
This profile describes the skills required for a Technical Consultant responsible for the configuration, technical support, and continuous improvement of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) in SAP HCM landscapes. The role combines hands-on system expertise, SAP HCM development skills, and a solid understanding of HR processes and integration dependencies.
SAP HCM Core Knowledge – PA & OM

Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)

In-depth understanding of personnel master data structures, infotypes, subtypes, and validity concepts

Knowledge of organizational objects, relationships, plan versions, and evaluation paths
Personnel Administration – Technical Skills

Configuration and maintenance of PA infotypes and subtypes

Technical support of core PA processes (hire, transfer, organizational change, termination)

Analysis and resolution of PA-related data inconsistencies and error situations

Handling of time-dependent and historical HR master data
Organizational Management – Technical Skills

Technical maintenance of organizational structures (org units, positions, jobs)
