Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for ensuring the operation and project delivery across all phases you will execute business requirements engineering and ensure provisioning of standard IT features - You will do error analysis and corrections of Incident and Problems (Provide 2nd and/or 3rd level support). - As part of our agile development team you will work on user stories, do the development and testing of new features. - With your extensive experience on the subject matter, you will guide,
coach and train other team members build competencies for the respective modules. - You will be assigned projects where you will have end to end responsibility for all deliverables
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, including configuration and customization.Strong knowledge of the SuccessFactors platform, particularly:Employee Central (EC)Recruiting Management & Recruiting MarketingRole‑Based Permissions (RBP)MDF Objects & Business RulesExperience integrating Onboarding 2.0 with core HR systems, especially Employee Central.Solid expertise in Integration Center, OData APIs, workflow configuration, and data models.Strong understanding of HR processes in Talent Acquisition, Preboarding, and the Employee Lifecycle.SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 – Application Associate Certification.Preferred: Additional SAP SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting).
