Job Title: VP Stress Testing Global Treasury
The HBAP Stress Testing (“ST”) Reporting Lead role is critical to the success of HBAP Stress Testing (“ST”). In this role you will be responsible to lead regulatory and management reporting and oversee data management support for stress tests for the Asia Region.
HBAP ST execute several regulatory and internal stress tests, including the Bank of England Bank Capital Stress Test, HKMA Supervisory Driven Stress Test, Climate Risk Stress Test, Internal Stress Test and other scenario analysis.
The role holder will need to collaborate extensively, working closely with counterparts across the Group to ensure accuracy of the data for multiple stress testing exercises. The role holder will also be focused on controls and transformation.
In this role, you will:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Stress Testing Data and Consolidation processes for various Group and Regional stress tests.
Provide accurate and validated data sets to key stakeholders (Capital, Liquidity and RRO) for each stress test cycle,



with no critical data quality issues reported.
Review and challenge stress testing results from all Group and Regional core process owners and prepares consolidated results and management information.
Drive the design and implementation of Data and Systems to meet the various stress testing requirements
Provide the reporting framework to give consistent, accurate data and analysis for all core process owners to use for their respective requirements for various STs
Ensure maintenance of appropriate controls are in place for the ST reporting across all STs
Provide leadership and work within the region and Group to enhance changes, driven by regulatory changes or internal process transformations
Actively automate manual processes for efficiencies and reduction in operational risk.
Utilization of Alteryx and other automated tools to improve Regulatory and Internal stress testing core processes.
