(Demat Account Sales – Sub Broking Partner of Arihant Capital)

Key Responsibilities

Direct sales of demat accounts under the sub-broking partnership with Arihant Capital.
Generate revenue through brokerage and ensure consistent account activation.
Manage and encourage team to achieve targets (applicable for experienced hires).
Educate and guide clients on suitable investment opportunities and current market trends.
Handle and resolve customer's doubts and queries efficiently.

Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream.
Prior experience in Broking, Investment Advisory, Algo or Financial Services is preferred.

Skills Required

Hands on knowledge of stock market operations & working.
Proactive sales mindset with the goal to achieve monthly targets
Robust convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to market dynamics.

Location: Indore (Work from Office only)

Compensation: 16,000 to 40,000 (fixed with no deduction) + Additional Incentives
