Key ResponsibilitiesServiceNow Development
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules across IRM, BCM, and SecOps.Develop solutions using:

Build reusable components and scalable workflows following ServiceNow best practices.
IRM / GRC Development




Implement and customize ServiceNow IRM capabilities including:
Risk ManagementPolicy & ComplianceAudit ManagementRegulatory Change workflows
Configure risk registers, controls, indicators, assessments, and issue remediation workflows.Support automation of governance and compliance processes.
Business Continuity Management (BCM)
Configure and support BCM solutions including:
Business Continuity PlansBusiness Impact AnalysisRecovery workflowsCrisis management processes
Develop workflows and notifications for disruption management and operational resilience.Support continuity testing and recovery readiness activities.
Security Operations (SecOps)
Develop and enhance ServiceNow SecOps modules including:
