The engineer protects the interests of the appointing authority by ensuring that what is built, and what is paid for, conforms to the contract.

Key Responsibilities:
Drawing Review & Technical Scrutiny
Review approved GFC structural and architectural drawings for completeness, internal consistency and conformity with tender requirements.
Identify discrepancies, omissions or specification conflicts and raise them before they affect site execution.
Maintain an up-to-date register of approved drawing revisions in use at site.
