About the role:
In this position with Roundglass Foundation (RGF),



reporting to the Leader Roundglass Foundation, you will work closely with the foundation’s programme and thematic leads on various initiatives and strategies and will be responsible for the operational activities and project management across RGF’s various programmes. You will also add value by improving processes and identifying opportunities to augment productivity & promote synergies. You will need to work with the thematic leads to co-create and partner on the implementation of various initiatives and monitor & track impact and outcomes. You will be expected to play the role of a thinker, facilitator, and partner in equal measure with the thematic leaders.

This role would be ideal for you if you have an attention for detail, are solution-oriented, and looking to make an impact through the grassroots programs.
