Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Executive – EXIM to manage end-to-end international trade operations. The role requires strong expertise in export/import documentation, trade compliance, logistics coordination,



banking processes, and stakeholder management. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of domestic and international shipments while maintaining compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end export and import operations, including documentation and shipment execution.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, ports, CFS operators, and internal

stakeholders.

Prepare and review export/import documents such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of

lading, and certificates of origin.

Handle RoDTEP claims, EDPMS, and IDPMS compliance activities.
Manage Marine Insurance and Port Registrations for trade operations.
Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI, APEDA, and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with banks for export documentation, e-BRCs, LC documentation, and trade financ
