Global Delivery: Drive the end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge solutions across a diverse, international footprint, including India, Australia, Fiji, PNG, New Zealand, and the USA.
Technical Governance: Speak the language of code. You will oversee technical architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices to ensure scalable and robust solutions.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary technical point of contact for global cross-border portfolios, aligning local engineering execution with international business goals.

Proven Leadership: Minimum 4+ years of solid IT industry experience, with a clear track record of successfully leading, mentoring, or managing software engineers.
Full-Stack Proficiency: Solid technical roots in Full-Stack Development. You must be highly familiar with modern frameworks and capable of architecting solid, scalable systems.
