JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles and Responsibilities
* Responsible for managing the long-term success of GE's relationship with a
set of accounts in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by
the customer and GE. Drive orders and sales growth; define and implement a
1-3 year plan; develop and execute a GE Healthcare Sales strategy across the
horizontal product portfolio, services,
and solutions; lead and secure large,
strategic, cross-P&L; customer purchases; and lead the account team.
* Broadening knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales
processes or customer groups to execute policy/strategy. Still acquiring
higher level knowledge and skills.
* Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to
accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates
with other teams and contributes to the area.
* May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves
issues in situations that require commercial knowledge and judgment within
established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside
of defined instructions/parameters.
* A job at this level requires valuable interpersonal skills. Communication with
direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services
