As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Business Development Associate to help us connect with prospective customers, generate qualified opportunities, and drive pipeline growth across North America.
As an BDA, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Through strategic outbound prospecting and cold calling, you'll introduce Fotello's AI-powered platform, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives on achieving targets, and wants to build a successful career in B2B SaaS sales.
What You'll Do
Prospect and engage real estate photographers and media businesses across North America through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Generate qualified sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and scheduling product demonstrations.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and outbound prospecting platforms.
Research target accounts and personalize outreach to maximize engagement and conversion.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Consistently achieve activity and pipeline generation targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.
What We're Looking For
Comfortable working on-site at our Gurugram office.
Comfortable working with US and Canadian business hours.
Excellent verbal communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
Confident speaking with prospects over phone and handling objections.
