Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Manage and grow social media accounts with engaging content and regular updates.
Perform SEO and SEM activities: keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and monitor ranking and performance.
Run, analyze, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads).
Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest actionable improvements.
Collaborate with design/content teams to create high-impact campaigns and creatives.
Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and best practices.




Handle multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines under pressure.

Required Software & Techniques

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager.
Good command over SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and platforms like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
Proficiency in managing content on WordPress or similar CMS.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
Excellent with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign tracking, and ROI analysis.

Ideal Candidate

Graduate with digital marketing certifications preferred.
1–2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
Highly organized, self-motivated, proactive, and efficient.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Creative outlook with the ability to deliver under deadlines.
