Job Summary:

The Sales Manager – LB Nagar (Replacement) will be responsible for leading and
managing the sales team in the LB Nagar territory, driving sales growth,
achieving targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves
developing and executing sales strategies, coaching team members, and fostering
strong client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales
targets for the LB Nagar region.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing ongoing
training, performance feedback, and coaching.
* Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track
progress and identify areas for improvement.
* Build and maintain solid, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding
their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Identify new business opportunities and market segments within the LB Nagar
territory.
* Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and develop effective strategies to
close deals.
* Collaborate with marketing,



product development, and other internal teams to
align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
to inform sales strategies.
* Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of sales team
members.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and maintain high ethical
standards in all sales activities.

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2 years
in a sales management role, preferably in a similar industry.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and
develop a high-performing sales team.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
