Role Overview
We are seeking a full time Performance Marketing Manager to join our on-site team in Rohini.
This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who understands paid acquisition, performance optimization, and lead-generation strategy—especially in high-intent,



education-driven campaigns.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across major platforms to drive measurable growth and improve ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across:
Google Ads
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
Other relevant PPC platforms
Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns
Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and creatives
Monitor campaign performance and improve cost-per-lead (CPL)
Develop and refine lead-generation funnels
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
Work closely with content and creative teams to align messaging with campaign goals
Continuously improve digital presence and conversion metrics
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and PPC platforms
Expertise in analyzing campaign metrics and preparing per
