Are you passionate about scaling businesses through performance marketing, paid media, and growth strategies?
SurveySherpa is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives and help us build one of the fastest-growing market research platforms.
What you'll do:
✅ Plan and optimize Google, Meta & LinkedIn ad campaigns
✅ Drive respondent acquisition and B2B lead generation
✅ Build marketing strategies that generate measurable business growth
✅ Create engaging content and strengthen our brand presence
✅ Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI
✅ Identify current traffic sources, partnerships, and growth opportunities
We're looking for someone who has:
✔️ 4–7 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing
✔️ Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads
✔️ Strong analytical skills (GA4, Looker Studio, GTM)
✔️ Experience managing paid media budgets and scaling campaigns
✔️ A data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation
Experience in AdTech, Market Research, Affiliate Marketing, SaaS, or Digital Marketing is a strong plus.
