ngPrepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable standar
dsEnsure adherence to statutory compliance, taxation (GST, TDS), and audi
tsCoordinate with internal and external audito
rsMonitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasti
ngDrive cost optimization and financial efficien




cyDevelop and implement financial policies and internal contro
lsLead and mentor the finance and accounts te
amCollaborate with cross-functional teams for business planning and analysis

Key Skills & Qualifications

Qualified CA (Mandatory)
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and complia
nceExperience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally, etc.)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Experience
Experience in Retail / Manufacturing / Corporate.
Exposure to financial audits and regulatory compliance
Experience managing a team
