Description

GlobalLogic is looking for the Process Excellence (PEX) Consultant will drive continuous improvement initiatives across business functions by applying Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, quality, customer experience, and cost optimization.

Requirements

Design and implement a governance framework for process ownership, establishing transparent SOPs and

continuous improvement

Change planning and management for deployment of re-designed processes
Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and

effectiveness.

Create and maintain a continuous improvement roadmap for process enhancements and new process

development.

Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas where automation can streamline operations,

improve accuracy, and enhance efficiency.

Leverage business optimization and innovation tools and applications, to analyze, redesign, and re-

engineer business processes for improved efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.





Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive SOPs and manage a centralized knowledge base

to improve process efficiency and team knowledge

Studying the process life cycle to understand the existing functional overlaps, duplication of work (NVA)

and gaps

Working closely with functional leads/managers of various business units to deep dive into the day to day

operational work across various magazine clusters/business units to provide a centralized approach

Identify and provide preliminary costs and timelines of potential options as well as the time commitment

required by both business unit leads and management

Business process assessment and Re-engineering: Operationalizing different stages of project execution

including Kick-off, Stakeholder consultation, Business Unit/Functional Blueprinting, Realization,

Documentation and Project closure
