Key Responsibilities
Description of duties & activities
1. Production planning, execution
* Monitor & Improve Production Processes to ensure efficient use of resources
* Responsible for handling Final Pack Lines With lean management
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow & resolve any
production issue.
* Ensure Export & Domestic shipment completion on time basis. To meet Service
levels
* Analyze production data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
* Ready to handle PH/Hourly Operators & soft issues on line
* Responsible for Evaluate and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Responsible for Operators training, Multi skilling & awareness for 5S,
Production, Quality, Safety etc
* Check adequacy of manufacturing process disciplines, process sequences & time
consumed to perform processes.
* Prepare and present production reports to management
