Treasury Functions like:

Coordinating with Corporate Bankers for updation of Bank profiles like KYC
documentation and reporting.

Assisting in finalizing Board Resolutions for Credit Facilities and Bank account
opening.

Assisting in Coordinating with Auditors and providing relevant data relating to
treasury.

Assisting Compiling, recording and documenting all treasury documents and
transactions,

Assisting in Preparing and updating monthly/quarterly internal and external
reports.

Assisting in FEMA reporting and compliances

Coordinating with lenders for availing, renewal and enhancement of Credit
facilities. This includes

* arranging and updating relevant data for the same
* assisting in vetting and execution of loan documents
* assisting in monitoring security cover for the facility
* assisting monitoring specific financial covenants
* monitoring timely reporting to the stakeholder.
