Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to support our finance and accounting team. This internship provides hands-on experience in accounting processes, financial record maintenance, data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation. It is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain practical exposure to accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining accounting records and financial documents.
Support invoice processing, billing, and voucher preparation.
Perform data entry in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
Verify financial transactions and supporting documents.
Help prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Organize and maintain accounting files and records.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation (as applicable).
Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the finance team.





Requirements
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software is an added advantage.
Solid analytical and numerical skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
