Job Description: Lead – Private Credit Data Solutions
Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead – Private Credit Data Solutions to drive strategic data initiatives for private credit client. The role goes beyond BAU execution: it focuses on shaping solutions, leading remediation programs, and partnering with clients to improve the quality, consistency, and usability of reference data across their proprietary systems.
The ideal candidate brings robust domain knowledge of private credit instruments, hands-on experience in data management, and the ability to lead teams and engage senior stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Solutioning & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with clients to understand data challenges and design practical solutions for private credit data
Translate client requirements into clear scope, deliverables, and execution plans
Act as the primary point of contact for onshore stakeholders, operations, and technology teams
Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior stakeholders




Data Management & Remediation
Lead remediation programs to resolve recurring private credit data issues, including facility/tranche mismatches, accruals, interest types, and admin vs. internal system differences
Interpret financial documents and reports to drive root-cause analysis and structural fixes
Define and implement data quality standards, controls, and reconciliation processes
Process Improvement & Automation
Identify opportunities to standardize and automate reporting and data quality processes
Support adoption of GenAI tools to improve analytics and data quality insights
Contribute to documentation, governance, and operating improvements
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of analysts; review work, provide guidance, and build domain capability
Manage workload allocation, prioritization, and delivery timelines
Support hiring, training, and performance management
