Role Description The HR Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with leadership to define staffing needs, managing hiring processes, conducting HR interviews, and coordinating orientation and training programs.



The HR Manager will maintain HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labor regulations, manage payroll-related coordination with finance, and handle employee engagement and grievance redressal. The role also involves developing initiatives to improve workplace culture, supporting career development programs, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and reporting.
