Role Purpose

Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of branch and office fit-out
projects to support the bank’s real estate expansion strategy. Ensure timely,
cost-effective, and high-quality infrastructure rollout with continuous value
optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

* Lead end-to-end execution of fit-out projects (branches, offices,
refurbishments)
* Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
* Manage project lifecycle from concept to handover

Planning & Execution

* Conceptualize and drive infrastructure rollouts aligned to business needs
* Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
* Oversee BOQs, specifications, drawings, and vendor deliverables

Stakeholder Management

* Act as the single point of contact for internal stakeholders
* Translate business requirements into execution-ready project plans
* Drive cross-functional coordination for seamless delivery

Risk & Cost Management

* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
* Monitor budgets, forecasts,



and financial performance
* Drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives

Vendor & Compliance Management

* Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors for effective execution
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory norms, and approvals
* Liaise with regulatory and government authorities as required

Reporting & Governance

* Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and financials
* Maintain documentation including timelines, approvals, and cash flows
* Ensure adherence to project management frameworks and KPIs

Continuous Improvement

* Contribute to portfolio strategy, process improvements, and best practices
* Support real estate strategy through insights on cost, design, and efficiency

Eligibility Criteria

Experience

* 6–10 years of experience in commercial real estate / fit-out project
management
* Proven experience in independently managing multiple projects
