Job Purpose:

The Pre Fab Engineer is responsible for managing the pre-fabrication of wind
turbine blade components, ensuring exact material cutting, assembly, and mold
preparation. This role includes overseeing composite material handling, process
monitoring, and quality assurance. The Pre Fab Engineer also implements process
improvements, maintains equipment, and ensures compliance with safety protocols
to enhance production efficiency and quality.
