Job Purpose:

The Area Incharge is responsible for supervising shop floor activities related
to wind turbine blade manufacturing, ensuring that production schedules and
quality standards are met. This role oversees material handling, equipment
operation, and maintenance, while implementing process improvements and safety
protocols. Additionally, the Area Incharge tracks production performance,
provides training, and supports continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and
minimize waste.
