Responsibilities




Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate outreach, and application tracking.
Conduct proactive candidate sourcing using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and applications based on predefined criteria to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules across hiring managers, candidates, and HR stakeholders using scheduling tools.
Prepare interview materials, including candidate profiles, job descriptions, and interview guides.
Support the onboarding process by organizing documentation, orientation schedules, and current hire packets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HR information system (HRIS) and applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist in preparing reports on recruitment metrics, time-to-hire, and candidate pipeline status.
Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
